Avoid Paying City Minimum of $150 to Mow

City of Freeman ordinances require that grass within city limits not exceed 8 (eight) inches in height. In the event that city workers need to do the mowing, the property owner will be assessed at a minimum rate of $150. As a reminder, this brief video has been made available via multiple avenues.
