Make your payments to the City of Freeman by:

1) Pay online here. (Please note that an added transaction fee is charged for online payment.)

2) Pay by automatic withdrawal. A sure way to avoid late fees is to click here to download an authorization form. You’ll still receive an itemized billing statement in the mail, but your payment will be set to automatically be withdrawn on the 10th of the month.

3) Pay in person at City Hall. Cash, check, credit/debit card (transaction fee will be charged for credit/debit cards).
