City Declares Snow Emergency

The City of Freeman has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY. Plowing of streets will begin at 2 AM on Friday, December 16. All vehicles must be removed from streets until curb-to-curb plowing is completed. Offices at City Hall have closed early due to weather. The Friday garbage route is still scheduled to run.
