Snow Emergency Beginning at 6 AM Saturday

The City of Freeman has declared a snow emergency to go into effect at 6 AM Saturday, January 28; it will remain in effect until all streets are plowed. Any trash containers not pulled in by then will be ticketed. Your cooperation is appreciated.
