Accepting Applications for Development & Marketing Position

The City of Freeman is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of development and marketing coordinator. Responsibilities include the management of social media and websites, as well as marketing strategies to promote the Freeman community as the ideal place to “Live, Work, & Play!”

If you have excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with a creative mindset & excel in digital marketing, this might be the perfect role for you! The selected candidate must be able to attend evening & out-of-town meetings & actively participate with local & state organizations to support economic development. This position is available in response to the year-end retirement of Carol J. Eisenbeis, the current development & marketing coordinator. Eisenbeis has served in the position since April of 2019 and provided notice of her December 29 retirement at the beginning of November. As earlier announced, the City of Freeman is also accepting applications for the position of Valley View Golf Course Superintendent/Greenskeeper. Both positions are open until filled.
